These terms & conditions (hereafter referred to as 'T&C' or 'Terms') govern your access and use of completeassignmenthelp.com (hereafter referred to as 'Website' or 'CAH) and its services. Please read the below Terms carefully.

By using the Website's services, you agree to be bound by the T&C stated herein. You claim and warrant that you have the full legal authority to enter these T&C and be legally bound by it.

Order Registration and Placing

The order is placed by completing the order Now form provided on the Website. No Services are provided by any other means than by request.

The order Now form will specify the delivery terms, work scope, and other parameters. You are responsible for providing the correct, complete, and final information as per the order Now form and filling the entire section.

In addition to your service requirements, you will be requested to provide your contact information, such as name, email address and phone number. Please read our Privacy Policy if you have any questions about the data we collect.

Order Payment

When placing an order, you agree to use our services. We shall only process your order after completing your payment for your ordered services.

The payment for the services is calculated according to our current pricing plan and should be paid in advance unless you have been offered a payment plan. We are not responsible for providing services until the payment has been made in full and authorised. Orders can be paid with the payment methods currently available on our Website.

If a client wishes to stop working with us, a refund can be processed according to the Revision and Refund Policy. Please note we shall not be held responsible for any of your bank charges, transfer fees, forex charges, transfer anomalies and/or possible delays due to any bank service issues.

Order Process

We reserve the right to recheck the order details followed by the final payment to confirm whether the assignment requirements are met as indicated by you. Should a mismatch occur, we reserve the right to modify the order to ensure that your needs are adhered to.

You place each order and have a required volume measured by the number of pages, with one page equal to 250 words. Upon delivery of our services which should match the number of pages/words you requested. Should there be a mismatch on the page/number of words, a client may request reformat the model paper to match the number of words/page numbers.

The client may request to amend the scope of work only if the expert has not started the assignment. No amendments will be allowed once the expert has commenced working on the order. Should the scope of work, order complexity or reduce the urgency, the client will be subject to additional charges.

The client shall provide all the required specific resource material for the assignment. They shall also specify any additional instructions that need to be followed by our experts.

Order Delivery

We are responsible for delivering the model paper and meeting the deadline indicated in the order.

Your responsibility is to ensure that we have been provided with the correct contact details. We will not be held responsible for incorrect contact details like your phone number and email address. If you have provided or need to change your contact details, we encourage you to contact us via WhatsApp or on the chat box.

You will be held responsible for checking your mail or any other mode of communication provided to us during the delivery of the model paper. Any negligence from your side, we will not be held responsible.

Order Revision

Kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a revision request if the instructions violate the initial Order instructions. In such a scenario, you may be requested to pay additional charges.

Please also note that we reserve the right to decline or limit the multiple revision requests if we notice that your behaviour demonstrated exploitation of the expert and any other unreasonable request.
